- Manage full project lifecycle from mobilisation through to completion
- Oversee programme, budgets, forecasting and cost control
- Manage subcontractors, site teams and suppliers
- Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with TfNSW specifications, safety and quality standards
- Monitor project performance and report on progress, risks and outcomes
- Drive programme and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on civil road or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of TfNSW standards and delivery requirements
- Background working with Tier 2 or Tier 1 civil contractors
- Experience managing budgets, subcontractors and project programmes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and deliver projects independently
- $180k - $240k + super (depending on experience)
- Permanent full time role
- Immediate start available
