职位描述

  • Relevant engineering degree (Civil or equivalent).
  • Proven track record with reputable contractors or consultants in the UAE/Dubai market.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager specifically in road infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 10 years of total work experience in the UAE. good experience for water with Scada and Shutdown，NDRC, Stormwater, Etisalat and Road Works.
  • Proven strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred additional qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles (planning, execution, handover).
  • Familiarity with UAE road design standards and authority regulations (e.g., RTA, DM).
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
